Refund Policy

SHIPPING

We aim to ship your order within 48-72 hours of receiving it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. This tracking link will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and keep you informed about its estimated delivery date.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order directly from our website as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Typically, this occurs within 4-12 hours after you place your order, excluding weekends and holidays. However, once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you have made the payment using a payment gateway, we will process the refund within 2 working days. Please note that the refund may take anywhere between 3-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used. We strive to provide a smooth cancellation and refund process, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the timelines involved. Changes before dispatching the product

If you need to make changes to your order before it is shipped, please email us at support@skinned.in with your order ID and your new preferences. Our team will assist you in making the necessary changes and ensure that your updated order is processed accordingly. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

Changes in the product after dispatching

If your order has already been shipped from our warehouse but has not yet been received by you, and you still wish to make changes to your order, please email us at support@skinned.in with your order ID and your new preferences. Please note that in this case, a delivery charge of Rs.120 will be applicable for reshipping the order with the updated preferences. Additionally, your payment method will be restricted to prepaid only. We will send you a secure payment link to your registered email address for the additional payment required. Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be available for this revised order. PS : Once we receive the payment, your new order will be dispatched promptly.

Note :

If you have received the shipment and within the first 48 hours you decide to request an exchange, please email us at support@skinned.in with your order ID and your new preference. For the exchange to be processed, the product must be in a sellable condition with the original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for sending the shipment back to us at your own cost and through a courier company of your choice. In addition to the return shipping cost, an additional charge of Rs.60 will be applicable for the fresh shipment of the exchanged product. We will send you a secure payment link to your registered email address for the payment of this additional shipping cost. Please be aware that we will dispatch your new order only after we have received the original order at our warehouse and once the payment for the new shipment has been made.

Refunds

Please note that once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we do not provide refunds. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Manufacturing defects ( If applicable)

If you identify a manufacturing defect in the product before applying it, please email us some images of the defective product within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the images, we will exchange the product at our cost. If you notice the defect after applying the product, please email us photos of the defect, and we will advise you on the further course of action after examining the issue. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the exchange process. Please note that there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. These include items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error. Additionally, any item returned more than 10 days after delivery may also be subject to partial refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product due to a defect or damage, please send us an email at support@skinned.in Our customer support team will assist you further and provide instructions for the exchange process

Shipping

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
